1. Services

AIAgent4U provides custom software development services including but not limited to website development, web and mobile applications, SaaS MVPs, workflow automation, and healthcare software.

2. Project Scope & Pricing

All projects begin with a detailed scope document and fixed-price quote. Any changes to scope after agreement will be quoted separately. Payment terms are specified in the project agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general methodologies and to display completed work in our portfolio.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share project details, business information, or proprietary data with third parties without your consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages including lost profits or business interruption.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by arbitration in accordance with Indian law.
